             Site Plan Waiver for Outdoor Seating-Panchero’s Restaurant

            225 Greentree Rd., Block 8.10, Lot 1 (C-2 Zone District)
         8,000 sq. ft. retail center approved on 6/5/08 and amendment to
         include additional parking and restaurant space approved 12/2/10
         Applicant proposes to provide 3 tables with a total of 6 seats for
         outdoor dining on an existing 215 sq. ft. concrete pad which was
         not shown on the approved site plan.

         for Salt Brine and a 8’ high chain link fence and access gate

   Amendments to the Evesham Township Master Plan needed to
   implement recent amendments to the Pinelands Comprehensive
   Management Plan related to forestry operations, wetlands
   management, and residential clustering, as well as the
   Open Space Recreation Plan Element.
