Pet Registration/Free Rabies Vaccination Clinic

DOG & CAT LICENSE

Please mark your January calendar as a reminder to register your dog or cat prior to January 31, 2010. All pets are required to be licensed annually in the Township. Registration forms are available at www.evesham-nj.gov/forms/petlicense.pdf or can be requested by calling the Township Clerk’s Office at (856)983-2900-ext.2004.
Registrations cannot be accepted prior to January 1, 2010.

NOTICE
Please be advised, animal license fees for 2010 are as follows:
Dogs & Cats:
	Spayed/Neutered		$12.00
	Non Spayed/Neutered		$15.00

Additional Late Fees:
		After January 31st	$5.00
		After March 1st	$25.00

FREE RABIES CLINICS

Evesham Township will be holding its annual FREE Rabies Clinics as follows:

January 9, 2010 - 10:00am - 1:00pm
at the Marlton Fire House on Main Street

and

January 23, 2010 - 10:00am - 1:00pm
at the Kettle Run Fire House on Hopewell Road
