TOWNSHIP OF EVESHAM PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE SOLICITATION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR THE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions were received by the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 and were publicly opened and read aloud on Thursday, May 22, 2008 for the following:
The Township of Evesham is soliciting additional submissions for the above listed positions since we received less than three proposals for each title. If you have already submitted a proposal there is no need to resubmit. The additional sealed submissions are to be received by the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 by 4:00 P. M. prevailing time, at the Township Clerk’s Office, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey 08053 and will be publicly opened and read aloud for the above positions on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in Conference Room B of the Evesham Township Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey 08053. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received for: INSURANCE BROKER Submission packages may be obtained at the Township Clerk’s Office, (856) 983-2900, extension 2005, during regular business hours, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and are also available at the links below: The Township Council reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive formalities and accept any submissions that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the Township. The Township Council shall award the contract or reject all submissions no later than 60 days from receipt of same.
